- IMPORTANT Details:
- Scarecrows should be in place by Friday, September 26.
- If entries are placed after Monday, September 29, they may miss the judging deadline.
- Scarecrows are to remain through October 18.
- Scarecrows must to be removed on Monday, October 19 or as soon as possible thereafter.
- Scarecrows must be properly secured in place to ground.
- Old Wethersfield Shopkeepers Association is not responsible for any loss or damage to scarecrows.
- When the entry form is received a location will be assigned; a name and phone number is given to call for instructions as to where to place your scarecrow and to answer any questions you may have concerning its set up and removal.
- * If you desire a specific location, please let us know and we will try to accommodate such requests.
- "Winners" will be announced and prizes awarded at an "Awards Party" on Friday, October 3 at 5:00 p.m. at Comstock, Ferre & Co., 263 Main Street. Entrants need not be present to win.
