INTELLIGENCE REPORT
WANTED

SEXUAL ASSAULT SUSPECT
WPD # 04-15761

Wanted in connection to a sexual assault that 
occurred on Tuesday, August 3, 2004 at 
approximately 1730 hours in the vicinity of the 
Heritage Nature Path.  The incident took place 
in a wooded area just west of Wethersfield High 
school track.

The suspect physically forced a 62 year old 
female into a wooded area where he sexually 
assaulted her. He threatened to kill the 
suspect and implied that he had a knife.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male in 
his 30's, approximately 5'7" tall, weighing 
approximately 140-160 lbs. The suspect was 
wearing all black and carrying a red colored 
sweatshirt.
