Any citizen can go to one of the Registrar of Voters and request a digital copy of the Town of Wethersfield "Voters List." The charge for the production of that exported data file in a 'zipped' (compressed) form is $25. Accompanying that single floppy disk of data is a page of information describing each of the fields in that data, including field name, type and size. No additional "key" explaining those fields was initially provided. Not every field is utilized to its utmost.
Wethersfield.net, as a public service, has obtained a copy of that voters list and is providing free access to that data here. We are also including a copy of the [field name/type/size list]. This information is provided as is with no expressed or implied warrantee of any kind. It has worked out fine for us though.
The data file is a text file with comma delimited records, easily imported into your favorite database program.
